Ingredients:
4 cups of salt water
3 small potatoes (sweet)
Cool water
Half cup of vegetable oil
Half teaspoon of salt
Add potato disks to boiling water; Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Pick the sweet potatoes from hot water and place it into a bowl of cold water to make it chill.
Remove from water, dry, and place in bowl or large plastic bag. Pour oil over sweet potatoes; toss to coat.
Place sweet potatoes in centre of cooking grate. Grill 4 to 6 minutes, turning once during cooking time. Remove sweet potatoes from grill; sprinkle with salt.
Makes 4 servings.
